Join Our Team as a Part-Time Therapist!

With the flexibility to see four or more clients per week, this role provides the perfect opportunity to grow professionally and transition into full-time work if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Foster positive and trusting relationships with clients, building a foundation for effective therapy.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients’ families when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.
• Refer patients to specialized services or external agencies as needed, facilitating comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to the practice’s success by fulfilling various related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• Detail-oriented approach to therapy, coupled with empathy and compassion.
• Excellent time management abilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks and client caseloads.
• Proficiency in managing electronic health records.

Requirements:

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Valid licensure in Illinois, such as LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain malpractice insurance upon employment.
