Here are some ideas to help you use gratitude to your advantage

Write a Thank You Note: This will help you access your own gratitude as well as make someone else feel good.
Meditate: Use an intentional focused mind to concentrate on your gratitude towards self and others.
Pray:If you are religious praying can be a great way to feel and express gratitude
